International membership
Sending love across the globe takes a little extra! A tiny extra fee helps us pack them extra cozy for their big trip.
How it works:
1. When will I get my letter?
Letters ship by the 1st of each month. The membership works in cycles; if you sign up by 11:59 pm EST 26th of the month, your first letter ships by the 1st. If you sign up after that, your first letter goes out the following month. For example, if you sign up on July 23rd, your first letter ships by August 1st.
Counting from the ship date:
US members: 1–3 weeks
International members: 3–6 weeks
2. What if my letter doesn't arrive?
If your delivery window has fully passed (3 weeks for US members, 6 weeks for international members, counting from the ship date) and your letter still hasn't arrived, please reach out at newfabledesign@gmail.com or contact us through the contact form!
